Access and confidentiality
Use only your own account and only the minimum information needed for an authorised role and purpose. Do not search for, infer, copy, photograph, export or disclose information out of curiosity or convenience.
Prohibited activity
- Sharing credentials, invitation secrets, sessions, recovery codes or exported information.
- Attempting to bypass tenant, role, assignment, consent, rate-limit or audit controls.
- Entering unlawful content or unnecessary special-category information.
- Using shared information for a new purpose, automated profiling, marketing or disciplinary action without a separately documented lawful basis and product approval.
- Treating the platform as an emergency, diagnosis or safeguarding-alert system.
Reporting
Promptly report suspected misdirection, unauthorised access, account compromise, incorrect role assignment, harmful content or security incidents through the organisation's escalation route and to support@theconsiliom.com.
