Acceptance and authority
By submitting an organisation to the platform, the signer confirms that the organisation details are accurate and that they have authority to bind the organisation to these terms. Submission creates an application for a workspace, which the platform may approve, restrict or decline.
Organisation responsibilities
- Define and document the purposes and lawful bases for its processing.
- Provide accurate privacy information to members, staff and any other data subjects.
- Verify staff and clinicians, assign least-privilege roles and review access regularly.
- Obtain and respect specific sharing decisions without making optional sharing a condition of unrelated service access.
- Operate safeguarding, clinical responsibility, complaints, records-management and incident-escalation procedures with qualified owners.
Verification and suspension
The platform may request evidence, approve or reject an application, restrict sensitive capabilities, or suspend an organisation to protect individuals, investigate risk or meet legal obligations.
Commercial and legal provisions
Service levels, charges, liability allocation, insurance and termination assistance are set out in the organisation's service agreement. These Organisation Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
