Why this exists
Every productivity tool solves capture. You can write anything down anywhere, instantly, forever. And yet people still end years unsure whether any of it counted.
The gap is not capture, it is gearing. Nothing connects the life you say you want to the two hours you have free on Tuesday evening. So the important thing stays a note, and the urgent thing gets the two hours, every single week.
The Consiliom is an attempt at that missing gearing. A direction you write once and revisit rarely. Pillars that stop one part of life quietly eating the others. Missions that give a quarter a finish line. And a weekly plan, scored honestly, that turns all of it into something you either did or did not do.
What it refuses to do
The score has to be honest
A number you can game is worse than no number. Points are calculated on the server from rules you set in advance, so the only way to raise the score is to do the work.
AI drafts, people decide
The model proposes a week. It never marks anything done, never awards a point and never edits your direction. If that boundary ever felt blurry, the feature would be wrong.
You can always leave
Export and deletion are built in, not a support ticket. Software that holds your history hostage is not a tool, it is a trap.
Boring parts done properly
Append only history, checked in migrations, a restricted database role in production, encryption for sensitive records. None of it is visible in a screenshot, and all of it is why you can trust the visible parts.
Who is behind it
A very small team building the thing we wanted to use ourselves. The app is early and openly so, which means the fastest way to change it is to tell us what is wrong with it.
