Features

Built to be used on a Tuesday.

Not a demo that looks good in a screenshot. The parts you touch every day are the parts that got the most attention.

The Sunday engine

Every Sunday, Claude reads your direction, your pillars, your live missions and how last week actually went, then writes the week ahead. You review it, change what is wrong, and start Monday knowing exactly what to do.

Points and streaks that do not lie

Every task is scored from its length and the weight of its pillar, calculated on the server. Never by the model, never by you. The ledger is the source of truth, so the number actually means something.

Bring your own plan

Do not want AI anywhere near it? Import a week straight from a CSV or Excel file. Scoring, streaks and the weekly review all work exactly the same.

Health that feeds the plan

Connect a wearable and your sleep and recovery flow into the same picture, so a hard week of training is never mistaken for a lazy one.

Private by architecture, not by promise

Email verification, two-factor authentication and a twelve character password minimum come as standard. Sensitive records are encrypted, history is append only, and the app talks to the database under a restricted role that cannot rewrite your past. Your plan stays yours.

Planning

AI drafts, you decide

The generator reads your context and proposes a week. It cannot mark anything complete, cannot award points, and cannot change your direction. It writes a draft and hands it to you.

Import from CSV or Excel

Build a week in a spreadsheet and upload it. Useful if you already plan somewhere else, or if you would simply rather no model touched your week.

A planner you can actually edit

Drag the week around, split a task, move it to tomorrow. The plan is yours once it exists, whoever drafted it.

Measurement

One points formula, applied everywhere

Points come from the length of the task and the weight of its pillar. The same formula runs for imported weeks and generated weeks, so the two are directly comparable.

A ledger, not a counter

Every point that was ever awarded is a row. Your totals are derived from that ledger, which is why the number cannot quietly drift.

Streaks and the weekly review

The week closes with a score, a breakdown by pillar, and the specific things that did not happen. That review is what feeds next Sunday's plan.

Everything else

Installs to your home screen

Full screen, its own icon, push reminders for the tasks you asked to be reminded about. No app store required.

Health data where it is useful

Connect a wearable and recovery and sleep sit alongside the plan, so a heavy training block reads as a heavy training block.

Built for a long life, not a demo

Migrations are checked in, history is append only, and the running app holds a restricted database role. The boring parts are done properly.

See it with your own direction in it.
