How it works
One loop, running continuously.
Direction sets the destination. Pillars keep you balanced. Missions make it urgent. The weekly plan makes it real.
- 1
Set your direction
Write down where your life is actually going. It becomes the thing every other decision has to serve.
- 2
Define your pillars
Fitness, career, relationships, money, mind. The areas that all have to hold up at the same time.
- 3
Run 90-day missions
Long enough to change something real, short enough that you cannot quietly coast through it.
- 4
Execute the week
Every Sunday you get a fresh plan. Every task carries points. Every week ends with a score.
Step 1
Direction is the one thing you write first
Before any task exists, you write down where your life is actually going. Not a goal with a deadline. A direction, in your own words, that you could read back in a year and still recognise.
Everything below it inherits from this. When you change it, the app does not quietly keep serving the old plan. Your pillars, missions and weekly plan all answer to it.
Step 2
Pillars stop one area eating the rest
Most people fail at balance, not effort. You pick the areas that have to hold up at once, such as fitness, career, relationships, money and mind, and give each one a weight.
That weight is what makes scoring honest. An hour on the thing you have been avoiding is worth more than an hour on the thing you already enjoy, and the points say so.
Step 3
Missions give you 90 days and a finish line
A mission is a single outcome you are chasing for one quarter. Long enough to change something real, short enough that you cannot coast through it without noticing.
Missions are where vague intent becomes a thing you either did or did not do. At the end you review it honestly, keep what worked, and set the next one.
Step 4
The week is where it becomes real
Every Sunday you get a plan for the week ahead. You can have Claude write the first draft from your direction, pillars, live missions and how last week actually went, or import a week you built yourself in a spreadsheet.
Each task carries points calculated from its length and its pillar weight, worked out on the server rather than by the model or by you. You finish the week with a score you can trust and a review that tells you what to change.
